When do I pay?

Payment is collected at the time of intake submission. You will be charged once you complete the intake form and submit for evaluation.

What if documentation is not issued?

Documentation is issued solely based on the licensed provider's clinical judgment. If documentation is not issued, please review our refund policy for details.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, evaluations are self-pay. We do not bill insurance for ESA evaluations.
